We use authorized API access to advertising platforms to manage campaigns on behalf of our clients. We access this data only with the account owner’s permission and use it solely to deliver the agreed advertising services. Our use of information received from these platforms adheres to each platform’s developer and platform terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell platform data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing our services.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: (a) service providers and technology partners who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements; (b) the advertising platforms necessary to deliver campaigns; (c) our clients, where we process data on their behalf; and (d) authorities where required by law.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Where a campaign concerns family- or children-oriented products, the audience we address is parents and guardians, not minors.
